Talent funding is a monetary benefit granted by Business Finland. Talent funding is aimed at SMEs and midcap companies that want to develop their personnel’s internationalisation skills.
Talent funding can be used, for example, to develop the company’s international recruitment capabilities, to promote a corporate culture and management skills that support internationalisation, and to develop an employer image that would better attract international job seekers.
The funding service will open for applications on 1 August 2023.

A pay subsidy is a monetary benefit granted by the TE Office or local government pilot. The pay subsidy may be granted for your organisation to ease the costs of hiring an unemployed job seeker.
The person employed with the help of pay subsidy must be a client of either the TE office or the local government pilot.

LUT Career Spark is an internship and master’s thesis subsidy granted by LUT University. The subsidy can be paid to an employer who offers an internship or Master’s thesis placement to an international degree student studying at LUT University. The subsidy amount for an internship is 1200–1800 euros and for a master’s thesis 2200 euros.
The aim of the subsidy is to support international students’ employment and integration into Finnish working life.
